Wesbild's Shopping Centre Division based in Vancouver, British Columbia and Seattle, Washington, concentrates on community shopping centres. These typically range in size from 150,000 to 450,000 square feet, are anchored with two to four major tenants, and have numerous commercial retail units. At present, Wesbild owns shopping centres in Seattle and Burien in Washington State, USA and in Nelson, Gibsons, Merritt and Williams Lake, B.C. Wesbild has a staff that is uniquely qualified to add value by developing, renovating, repositioning and re-tenanting difficult or “broken” shopping centres and does so with its own capital. Our centres will benefit from the strong economic growth expected in the resource economy of Western Canada and from substantial repositioning and redevelopment.
