Boitanio Plaza

In 2005, Wesbild acquired this 63,000 square feet community shopping centre in Williams Lake, BC. The centre is ideally situated just west of a busy intersection in downtown Williams Lake and enjoys tremendous exposure to local and highway traffic. Boitanio Plaza is anchored by Save On Foods and a BC Liquor Store. Wesbild sold Boitanio Plaza in the Fall of 2011.

 

Burien Town Plaza

Acquired in 2004, Burien Town Plaza is an unenclosed shopping centre serving the growing Burien community in Seattle, Washington. A major renovation was completed in 2008 which increased the size of the shopping centre from 126,000 to 140,000 square feet. Anchor tenants include Staples, Saars Grocery, a new ACE Hardware and Bartell’s Drug Store. Wesbild sold Burien Town Plaza in the Spring of 2011.

 

Clover Square Village

Clover Square Village is centrally located in the Cloverdale community in Surrey, BC. This open air centre has a total gross leasable area of 151,000 square feet and was acquired by Wesbild in 2007. The centre has 18,000 square feet of office space along with ground level retail anchored by IGA, Shoppers Drug Mart, Coast Capital Savings and Chevron Gas. Popular restaurants on-site include Rusty’s Pub, KFC/Taco Bell, and Dairy Queen. Wesbild sold Clover Square in Fall 2011.

 

Garibaldi Village

Garibaldi Village, Wesbild’s retail development in Squamish, BC, opened for business in Spring 2010. The centre boasts outstanding visibility and access from Highway 99, the main thoroughfare for locals and tourists heading to and from Whistler. Garibaldi Village has 40,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level anchored by London Drugs and the BC Liquor Store and 15,000 square feet of second floor office space. Garibaldi Village is well positioned to be the leading shopping destination for locals and out-of-town guests. Wesbild sold Garibaldi Village in Fall 2011.

 

Railyard Mall

Wesbild acquired Railyard Mall in 2006, spanning 80,000 square feet and conveniently located in downtown Merritt, BC. This open air centre is home to three provincial government tenants and anchored by Cooper's grocery, BC Liquor Store and Lordco Auto Parts. Railyard Mall is one of the main shopping destinations for Merritt residents and its surrounding towns. Wesbild sold Railyard Mall in the Fall of 2011.


Westwood Village

Located in West Seattle, Westwood Village was acquired by Wesbild in 1990 and subsequently redeveloped into a prominent lifestyle centre with a gross leasable area of 407,000 square feet. The centre’s anchor tenants include: Bed Bath & Beyond, QFC, Staples, Marshalls, Barnes & Noble, Rite-Aid and a shadow-anchored Target. One interesting fact: three Starbucks Coffee shops are located within the shopping centre itself.  Wesbild sold Westwood Village in the Spring of 2011.
