In the spring of 2005, Wesbild purchased 112 acres on Turtle Mountain in Vernon, British Columbia. In the fall of 2006, site preparation and lot sales began. The neighbourhood is planned with “theatre style” home sites so each home will have spectacular views of Okanagan Lake, Swan Lake and downtown Vernon. Two industry leaders are building at Turtle Mountain: Trico Homes, one of the Western Canada’s best, and Wesbild Homes, the people behind Predator Ridge.
When completed, Turtle Mountain will be home to more than 1,200 residents.
